Hello,

I wanted to ask (have looked for), if when we copy a file

via FileCopy, it returns 0 in the case a third app is writing

to the source file? Or FileCopy has no acces to that file at

that moment?

Exp.: When you make a backup of a file (to another dir), but

you don't know if an app wants write to it right now.

(btw. it's a very small file)
