turn off monitor

can someone give me a tip, how to make a function, witch 2 hotkeys

1 turn off monitor

2 turn on monitor

and when monitor is off to ignor mouse move and key (exept these 2 hotkeys)

i want make this script for my laptop, to let my game bot work, and turn off monitor (but dont close top)
