smtp multiple email addresses or CC and BCC

I am trying to use the smtp function to send email to multiple addresses. I have searched the forums and come across suggestions usch as using a ; or some string functions to break up the addresses. Neither of these works for me. I also didn't notice any CC or BCC options on the smtp function other than on the inetsmtpcom function which also doesn't work for my internal smtp server. Is there any way to get this to work?
