Falling Posted November 3, 2004 Author Posted November 3, 2004 geesh I thanked Matt @ MPCS also like 10 secounds after i wrote that post in an edit. It's true he said the idea first. But i did not understand it well enough the way he explained it. Later on he clarified himself more on it and then i understood but in the mean time Jb told it to me in a very simple form i can understand so that's why I thanked him first..... Reguardless I said thanks to both! ----------------------------------------------------
ezzetabi Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 Three answers again. We are the fastest poster in the world. The first this time!
Falling Posted November 3, 2004 Author Posted November 3, 2004 Yeah i guess i should of just copied and pasted. ... bleh i'm doomed to make retarded mistakes.
ezzetabi Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 I was just joking Falling. It was a word joke after yours "Guess that..." The most important thing is that you understood the problem and solved it.
Falling Posted November 3, 2004 Author Posted November 3, 2004 Is there a grandlist of dos commands you can use with Comspec somewhere? That would be a nifty list to have.
Matt @ MPCS Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 You can actually use ANY DOS command with comspec. The list would be too large because people write new DOS applications even today. If you want a list of intrinsic (they come with Windows) commands open the dos prompt and type "help". *** Matt @ MPCS
Guest Py7|-|[]/\/ Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 Actually, if you search google for it... there are various third party programs that will resent the xp clock every 3 days or so, so that trail versions of stuff lasts longer.
