Start Menu Themed GUI

howdy, been trying to find the right dll call to get the "theme" of the start menu. so far i found dll calls to retrieve the gradient colors of the current windows theme but i cant find anything about the border colors like the orange to white gradient under the duck in the picture below.

i guess what i really want is what TaskSwitchXP has in these pictures.

i hope this is the right place to post this... sort of GUI related
