Is it possible to read the entet of an email and determinining if the sender has used a blind carbon copy ?

Nope, even view the full details of an email (header info, etc) - Unless you're the recipient of the BCC, or monitoring the originating mail server, you wouldn't be able to verify that particular detail (by design). Additionally, even if you were a recipient via BCC, you wouldn't be able to know whether or not there were other addresses on the BCC for that message.
