How to open an application within an application

I'm using terminal services which i opened automatically from an icon on the desktop. When the terminal services is opened (contains a window screen with various icons to open it's application) i need to open various applications, by double clicking on their relevant icons.

For example, this window contains 2 icons which i need to execute. These 2 icons open the following applications: CLMS and MS Outlook.

How do I go about doing this automatically please. I was using the FileGetShortcut command, but don't know how to use it in this situation.

Does the caret go in pressing the initial letters of the icon?

E.g.

Pressing 'MS Outlo' does it enlight Ms outlook?

If it does you can try using a Send('first letters {enter}')
