ericbailey2 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 I was curious if this was even possible through Auto-IT I want to be able to save an IP address in a variable, by resolving the hostname. So basically I can enter a users machine name in and then auto-it stores the users IP in a variable for later use.

If you want DNS for sure, Run() with NSLOOKUP.exe and parse the output. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class...
