In the beginning, there was stone and chisel, then came paper and ink, and today there are icons and lots of them. So many in fact that they simply scar your beautiful background of Angelia Jolie. So alas, I made a simple but intuitive app to clean up and organbize those darn shortcuts. Simply manage the INI and all is good!

v.1 - Ugly GUI, not dynamicly sized to fit the buttons. Buttons are limited and need to be organized. No icons. Yea, I know already. But the app DOES work! Proof in concept idea 1st, then pretty it up. Maybe some flowers and roses to pretty it up?

EDIT THE INI FILE BEFORE USE!

:)

Disclaimer: In the event that this app destroys your PC, please insert fist thru monitor. This app is known to contain all sorts of viruses and nasty bots aimed to steal your personal identify, your bank account information, destroy your already ruined credit score, and steal your girlfriend too. I always aim to make your life as chaotic as possible thru the intervention of technology, today and tomorrow. Your virus scanner can't stop me, your firewall's fire has been put out, and that clanking noise is my low level machine code asssembly language telling your HD to slam it's drive head into the wall and scratch the drive platters. My mission in life is complete. Have a good day.

Um the au3 file is empty.

But from reading your description I have to say this.

Why not make the app set the ini on it's own?

I have a simlar app that I wrote for my flash drive.

It allows you to pick your apps from a file dialog and ands them to the ini in the following fashion:

for $x = 1 to $numApps step 1

$file=filedialog(Blah blah blah)

filewrite($ini, "app"&$x&"="*$file)

next

That isn't the exact way to do it, but you get the idea.

You can read the files in a similar way.

Please be aware that I am using only the latest software as of today. Yesterdays ancient tools are too cumbersome and slow, prone to breaking more things than helping. So I use Winzip with Best Compression possible, thus forcing the people of the past to catch up to the future. But alas, if I am ever to be able to get you to use my tools, I must be able to allow you to use your prehistoric tools so you can endeavor to see the light of the future. I will repackage my wonder application so you can see the files within.

Why not make the app set the ini on it's own?

This is version 1 after all, Rome wasn't built in a day and thus my app won't be completed either. But since my app is lacking a proper and intuitive interface for managing all those configurations, I will endeavor to create such an intuitive interface to be more modern

Thanks
