WildCards help.

Hey there.

I'm looking for the syntax of joining multiple wildcards

For example

$scan = "*.bmp"

I want to make my $scan variable the wildcard value, but I want the value to support bmp and png

Just not sure how to put them into the one string.

Usually you separate types with a semicolon - just like in Windows Search, so if you wanted to search for *.bmp and *.jpg, you'd use "*.bmp;*.jpg".

The same holds true for functions such as FileOpenDialog. From the help page for that function:

"Separate the file filters with a semicolon as shown in the example.

Multiple groups of filters are separated by a pipe "|"."
