how to add a tab to an existing windows dialog

hi guys, does anybody knows if its possible with autoit to add a extra tab to the desk.cpl and execute the script from there?

and if so, how the h*ll am i supposed to do that?

maybe someone with a little script to help me on the way?

for embeding your script into external application look at ANYGUI it's on the forum.
