wait until a set time

Hello,

I have searched and searcha nd can't find the answer to this one...I;m hoping one of you guys might be able to help!

I am trying to write a script that sits in the background happily until it reaches a specific time each day. At which point, the script performs an action.

So, for example, at 7am every morning, it would perform this action. Then just sit there until the next 7am. And perform the action again. Over and over, just performing the action every day at 7am, then going back to 'sleep' again.

I have no idea how to go about this - any help much appreciated!
