Vindicator209
I bet this has been asked like, a hundred times, but how do you hide a folder or file? My program is going to save "last used" and "last saved" files into a folder, but I want to make either the folder OR the files them selves hidden. like, in the "properties" window, it says "Read-Only" and "Hidden" "When you look at old, classic games like Snake, you often put it off because it's such a simple game, but it's only when you actually try and create your own unique game from scratch, do you finally appreciate those games."Don't ask for answers if you haven't TRIED yet! Most answers can be answered in the help file! Use it!

smashly
You can do it via registry settings, but I'm not sure if you need to log out and back in for the settings to apply.Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced] "Hidden"=dword:00000000("Hidden"=dword:00000000 = Hide, "Hidden"=dword:00000001 = Show) Surely you can translate the above to an autoit format on your own.
