Hook an application to get main socket via TCP

Hello guys,

I'm new here, so please be friendly.

First of all, I want to start a stand-alone program (or a client).

That client connects to a server.

Now I want to write a program with AutoIT that can read out and send packets to the server. For that I need force to same socket ID. But I have no idea how I could force the same socket ID or perhaps read or hook the program to read out the packets.

So is there a way to hook a client / program which is stand-alone? Or maybe force the right socket ID?

but i think nobody understand what i meant

1. question

can i force a socket to a server which is already in use of another program?

2. question

or can i hook in the exe program to read the incoming packets on the connected socket
