Mouse click on a specific icon in system tray

Hi ! I don't know if it is possible to do that. I have an icon in the system tray (near the clock) that I want to right click on it in a VB program. How I can find this icon ? For sample, I want to click on icon in system tray called "Microsoft Office Outlook".

If AutoIT don't do that, do you know if something else exist that can do the job.

if the icon is always in the same pleace you may just use MouseClick in this pleace.
