Swift
Sort of one of the requests of AutoIt dev's is that, not to sell your programs you made in autoit. Would you at least show us your AutoIt program? And your question, any program can be cracked with a decompiler or hex code editor. Don't spend your time tring to encode and put software cracks on it so that it cannot be compiler. Any program can be. Every heard of AVG-Anti-Spyware? I have a program that can decompile that software written in VB. And AutoIt far easier and faster to decompile. So, just sell your program as a exe and don't protect it like its your life
FexBeenSmokin
but valuater says on his page xportec that using his prgram to protect yours can get you paid when you sell it so noone can crack it.
Swift
Do what you wish with your program I guess, but yes, Valuter made that to protect it, althought you do not need to sell it, you can. Ponder This: The dev's made AutoIt. Did they charge you to get the software? No. DBaK's Amp 3, which is not on these forums anymore, because of something that happened, he could have sold it, but he was honoring them. He created one of the best Media Players in AutoIt ive every seen. Choose to sell your program or not, It's up to you.
Moderators SmOke_N Posted March 11, 2008 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2008 tsk tsk Firelord... Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
