Little Trouble with the upgrade

I call myself visiting and upgrading regular..

Did the latest Autoit and the Scite upgrade and things are not working like they sure use too.........

Installed on a second machine and started out the same here is what it says at the bottom new install nothing loaded.....

Need to change au3.properties: BETA_AUTOIT = 0

Now granted I dont know what that means.....but it gets worse and that might have something to do with my next problems

I have some in general programs I have been working on and working with but when I go to run a Syntex Check Prod I am getting alot of strange errors in the code that the other version.....never did see.........

Anyone else having this problem.....or did i miss a memo..
