Training S/W

I wanted to create simple training programs for s/w for my first foray w/AutoIt3.

However, I'm hitting a wall. How can I move the mouse to open say MS Word on a user's computer if I don't know where it's located.

I want to creat a real DUMMIES training program, where it starts by clicking start, programs, then word or MS office>Word. Depending on where it's located on the menu structure.

I've done it for my own computer, but don't know how I would GENERALIZE it for ANY computer. Is it possible or do I need to create my own GUI and script in something like Director?
