Is there a way to use default autoit macros when using AutoItx?

I am using ruby with watir to make a script. Watir library has AutoItx3 integrated in it. Now I want to obtain the name of the computer where my script is running from. I am thinking to use macro @ComputerName. Is there a way to use it in ruby?

I don't believe the macros are available through the COM component.
