nikink Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 Ok, I'm about to embark on a gui front end for a project and there are a lot of settings configurable inside ini files that I'd like to bring into the gui for the user to edit. Does that make sense so far? I have koda, which is kinda helpful in getting a static gui up quickly, but I'm hoping there's a better way to generate a list of buttons, and other controls, dynamically so that the Gui will read the inifile sections into tabs, and the keys for each section will be listed next to their values with an edit button. Somewhere a save button to save all changes back to the correct ini file and sections. Am I being a bit too optimistic with this? Can you see a better way? I'm just a gui-newb...
