read an item from another app's listview?

how can I read an item from another app's listview? I mean I assume I can find the listview easy enough with the au3info tool... but how do I read say line 2?

Find the ControlID with the Autoit3 Window Info and do this:

#Include <GuiListView.au3>
#Include<Array.au3>

$Handle = ControlGetHandle($WindowTitle, $WindowText, $ControlID)
$Text = _GUICtrlListView_GetItemTextArray($handle, 1) ;1 would read the second item (0-based index)
_ArrayDisplay($Text)
