How can I create a virtual drive like DAEMON Tools or Alcohol 120%.

You need to be more clear. Are you wanting to mount an iso, or are you wanting to assign a drive letter to a folder?

If virtual drive was created, I can format this drive or the formatted disk is the same disk which contain KAV folder?

Hmm...I wouldn't recommend it.

Format isn't even option for a mapping created with SUBST. See this:

if you want to have a Virual Drive that you format.

You can use Virtual Floppy of FileDisk
