Skype COM simple problem

$skype=ObjCreate("Skype4com.Skype")
$skype.Attach()
$chat=$skype.chat("random_user")
$chat.OpenWindow()

This simple program doesn't work - these is no error but there is no chat window opened. Any idea why?
