patgenn123
It might be hard to use the mouse to actually find the .lnk on the QuickLaunch toolbar, but what I am trying to do is find the targeted icon and drag it a certain distance on the active screen and release it. Is there a better way without any disturbance to the screen(i.e. having to minimize the screen etc) to drag it to the actual location of the targeted active Window title? Can the icon be pulled from the Quicklaunch folder and dragged to the location without disturbing the screen? PLEASE I ask not to have the code done for me. I am trying to learn AutoIT. Just ideas, links, code snippets. Thanks! -P
monoceres
The quicklaunch shortcuts are stored in the @AppDataDir&"\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quicklaunch\" folder so just use FileMove on the files you find there.
