how to click a top level button

i have recently joined this forum, so please ignore my ignorance

i do not seem to be able to find out how to click the 'File' button for 'Screamer Radio' see attached bmp

in the meantime, i am moving the window to 0,0 and using absolute cursor positioning to locate the button

thats what i thought i was looking for, but it always returns 1 :-(

WinMenuSelectItem($t, "", "File" )

The Window Info application does not show any Control value for the MenuBar

anything else i can try?
