taduh
I have a compiled executable script. It consists of the following line: Send("!XE",0) This, to my understanding, should, when executed, send the ALT-X key which will drop down a menu within Excel, then select the feature identified by the capital letter E, on the drop-down. What it winds up doing instead, is writing the letter E to the active cell on the spreadsheet. Any ideas about what's going on or how to resolve? By the way, the ALT-X and E which appear on my Excel toolbar are the result of an addin thats loaded to my version of Excel. Thanks!
Airwolf
Use lowercase letters, otherwise it is implying Shift. Send("!xe"); Alt+x, then e Send("!XE"); Alt+Shift+x, then capital E Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, LPIC-1, MCSA | Languages: AutoIt, C, SQL, .NETBooks: AutoIt v3: Your Quick Guide - $7.99 - O'Reilly Media - September 2007-------->AutoIt v3 Development - newbie to g33k - Coming Soon - Fate Publishing - Spring 2013UDF Libraries: SkypeCOM UDF Library | ADUC Computers OU Cleanup | Find PixelChecksumExamples: Skype COM Examples - Skype4COMLib Examples converted from VBS to AutoIt
