Unable to Get Past #RequireAdmin

I am unable to get the #RequireAdmin to work.

E.G. when i open the example script from the help file and run it, it works fine (i see the message box prompt after the USC prompt). However, when i create the same code into a new au3 file and run it, the script stops after the UAC prompt and doesn't display the messagebox.

Any ideas on what may be the problem?

pfff, i figured it out. my au3 file was on a shared drive instead of the c drive. as soon as i moved the file to the c drive, all is well.
