Using ctrl+v (or paste) in excel?

Recommended Posts

Okay so I need to paste something into a cell on excel, not type it.

No matter what command I try to use though it seems to type it.

Any help?

Here is the coding I've tried.

#include <Excel.au3>
#include <Math.au3>

WinActivate("page title"); switch - internet
WinWaitActive("page title"); active - internet
Sleep(2000)
MouseClick("left", 1087, 708, 3); triple click on text
Send("^c"); copy text
Sleep(500)

$sFilePath1 = @ScriptDir & "\excelfile.xls"; open excel file
Local $oExcel = _ExcelBookOpen($sFilePath1); open path
Sleep(2000); wait while opening
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "{LCTRL}v", 2, 4);Write to the Cell <--PROBLEM!

Exit

I've tried to replace the problem area with this code also but still no luck.

_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "^v", 2, 4);Write to the Cell

What about

_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, ClipGet(), 2, 4);Write to the Cell
