Regardless, I still want to know how to make a DLL in autoIt

That's as close as you are going to get to being able to use AutoIt functions in another language through a DLL. Anything else you would have to compile to an executable and use command line parameters as dll function parameters.Regardless, I still want to know how to make a DLL in autoIthttp://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.ph...st&p=566209 Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... Damastah
I want to, instead of adding extra files to my (other language) projects, write a script and then just embed the functions I write into my (other language) code. Makes things easier for me. Is this possible?
Richard Robertson
No. I can't figure out where people keep getting the idea that they can write dlls in AutoIt.
Damastah
just embed the functions I write into my (other language) code.IS there a way to get that accomplished in another way?
Richard Robertson
You have to translate the AutoIt code to the other languages.
