Help an idiot

I'm trying to access the beta version of Auto It. After several IE screw ups (page not loading), I ripped open mozilla and it worked. Now, I have no idea how to install this beta because there is no .EXE that i can see or any directions what to do with these files. Can someone PLEASE instruct me as of how I can accomplish this? I know its a stupid/dumb/waste of bandwidth question i'm asking, sooo you can flame me for compensation if you help.
