Robot + Autoit + internet = ?

Hi there, I have heard of people making programs for theyr own humanoid robots, I've seen someone that could connect at control the robot from other networks, he could walk trough the house, climb down/up stairs ect.

Have any of u done something like this?

I don't need a robot that is connected to a hub or router, with autoit i can remotely control it from my computer over internet.
