Add to Tab with button push

I'm creating a GUI, that has tabs. on one tab I have a button, that I want when the person clicks the button the current labels and such disappear, and new controls appear. Only in that tab. How can I do this?, The adding of controls to a tab that is, not the removal.

I figured out a method, I created all the controls, then hide the ones that I wanted to be activated when the button was hit. Then the button switches all the hidden to shown and all the shown to hidden. I'm making a program that will streamline our engineering department. It will allow employees to view products, suggest changes, and chat with anyone on the system. Hopefully it will grow to incorporate more, right now I have all the pieces aligned, I'm just trying to put into a professional looking program.
