weaponx
You can try: $Timer = TimerInit() Do Sleep(100) Until TimerDiff($Timer) >= 60*60*1000 RunWait("ipconfig /release")
Airwolf
i don't want to disable network adapter. i only want to disconnect the internet connection. i am not using a network adapter because i have wireless net connection which works via a Phone. It is still a network adapter if you're on a Windows box. Your phone had to create a virtual adapter in order for your computer to use it as an internet connection. ChromeFan
You can try: $Timer = TimerInit() Do Sleep(100) Until TimerDiff($Timer) >= 60*60*1000 RunWait("ipconfig /release") it's a old trick. This option terminates any active TCP/IP connections on all network adapters and releases those IP addresses for use by other applications. 'ipconfig /release" can be used with specific Windows connection names. In this case, the command will affect only the specified connections and not all. The command accepts either full connection names or wildcard names. but this time it's not working. can you tell me why? Airwolf
I don't know what your goal is, but releasing the IP is not the same as disabling the adapter.
