When I looked it up, it was telling at the bottom: Changed 6 days ago by TicketCleanup version deleted Automatic ticket cleanup. was this request deleted by the "ticket system" itself? Regards, Rudi. Your request is still open. The message you see is from the atuomatic clean up script deleteing the Version No that was entered inadvertently.
