sshrum
I have a Windows based smartphone and would like to be able to access the storage on the phone just like Windows Explorer allows me to. Granted, Windows Explorer does not give the phone a drive letter but rather lists the storage on the phone under a Sub-catagory of Windows Mobile. Has anyone tinkered with this and know how to access the storage via AutoIT? Richard Robertson
It gets a namespace but it is not a drive. I don't know that regular file system commands can access that. It's like trying to read data from the Recycle Bin I suppose. Doable, but not simple. I've never heard of anyone doing this in AutoIt, but it's possible I just missed it. Have you tried changing the settings to load the device as a USB mass storage device instead of through ActiveSync? I think that's one of the options... GoogleDude
Anyone figure out how to do this. I would like to automate some things using autoit but not sure how to access my smartphones data using autoit. I am searching for a way to map a drive letter to my smartphone. Thanks, GD
