Windows Applications library (SOLVED)

Hi,

Is there a windows applications library that will for example allow to open a certain application via Start->Programs or through Windows Explorer and then do some manipulations on such an application? Also can that be done behind the scenes like without the user actually seeing everything that is being done?

If someone knows anything that could fulfill my need please let me know. I would greatly appreciate.

Never Mind guys. I got my answer.

I will be using ShellExecute for that.

I guess I will be a bit more patient with searching since I always end up finding my answer by searching before anyone answers my post. I guess just wanna put all chances on my side.
