Detecting Windows Process

I tried all the functions and examples in this forum wich can monitor Process, but all funcs never performed as well.

so i tried to find it on Code Project i found this article.

I allready tried that all but in-vain. the One Big problem is that , when i got any new process. i was unable to get its address. bcoz some programs takes bit time to load , some takes much time. so i think i can't mention rite time interval to get address.

the artical in my 1st post can perform both thing with correct timing or might b its another type of thing. well i don't know about C language. so thats y i request.
