Please see the attached screen shot run("explore.exe /select,"& $filepath,"",@SW_MAXSIZE) with this command iam able to select a file using explorer. howver how do i right click and select scan for virus (See attached screen shot). Sometime scan for virus is the third option in the list sometimes 4th item & sometime scan for virus comes as 1st option in the right click context menu option.(depending upon the type of file/directory i have selected). ShellExecute("my virus scan.exe", "command line parameter") Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
