Script to Install Network Printers

I need a script that will detect and install network printers only if they are NOT already installed.

Here's the scenario:

I have a print server with about 11 printers shared out to the network. I've created a login script (batch file) that maps these 11 printers for all users logging into the domain. I would like to get rid of the batch file and have AutoIt create a script that will check to see if the network printers are installed, and if they are not, install the devices otherwise continue with rest of the script.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Have you used the search function for the forum yet? This is a pretty well worn topic already, with a lot of solutions posted previously.
