safely remove hardware

I need a command which will do the same thing as I am doing with my mouse when I want to safely remove hardware which is connected in USB.

It can be mp3 portable player or disk on key or a cammera.

If you got problem to translate it into AutoIt code just reply and I might give it a try if not anyone else finish it before me. It doesn't look all that hard to translate it.

If I conclude what I understand:

simply run a cmd :"rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll" ?

Can I translate it to a function in Autoit? how?
