Safely Remove Hardware

Hi all, how to safely remove 8 USB sticks automatically?

I found this:

Run("rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll", @SystemDir)

But this only shows the dialog, is there a way to automate this task?
