Read total memory of process

I want to make script with that change the personnal message of skype, i think i can change that by modify the process memory.

Can I read all the processmemory for find some other things ?

What do you want me to do with that?... I was speaking about function in autoit of course!

You wanna alter process memory to alter things??

if so youll need cheat engine to find the correct addresses

How can I use cheat engine because I've found the line with text to change but i don't know how I can change it....

If you know the address to edit you can use _WinAPI_WriteProcessMemory() or Nomad memory.
