Havn't ran this program in a few days. And I've restarted and Sleeped multiple times.

Well, I get roughly about 2-3% off my 3GB ram Vista.

BTW, putting windows into sleep is not really something you should expect optimizing, because it just saves your ram memory in a file and then puts it back.You should run for example IE or Winamp or other memory intensive crap and then try optimize with Task Manager open.You'll see the results

For little scripts if you optimize them, optimize will be very low.

Its very usefull for games take >500000kb ram, it will go down to >10000kb

Before : 900000 KB (900 MB)

After : 7000 KB (7 MB)

Optimized by 128%
