I've tried using both guictrlcreateinput & guictrlcreateedit

I'm trying to make a large textbox that I can create lines with when I press ENTER(like notepad/etc)

Currently, I can only type letters into the textbox untill the line of text goes all the way accross, then it creates a line.

Anyone know how I could do this? Thanks

What styles are you using in GUICtrlCreateEdit()?

By default, pressing ENTER key you would going to new line.

#include<EditConstants.au3>
#include<WindowsConstants.au3>
$Edit = GUICtrlCreateEdit("", 20, 80, 100, 40, BitOR($ES_WANTRETURN, $WS_VSCROLL, $ES_AUTOVSCROLL))

oh lol thanks <.< I had it as

guictrlcreateedit("" & @crlf,50,0,$width,$height,$ES_AUTOVSCROLL + $WS_VSCROLL)
You were close, just missing $ES_WANTRETURN but it's much prefered to use BitOR() when setting styles, the + method has been known to fail.
