Sending an attatchment via outlook expres OR current emailer

I currently have this in my script but only get to the "Create Email" page...I need to go to the same page, but the "atatchment" has to already be in place

PS: the attatchments name is "whatever.exe"

PS:

I know it can be done via "macro's", but i don't want to use it...
