Complete RTF to HTML Converter

How can I create a complete RTF to HTML converter, which can convert bold, italic, underlined, strikeout and colored text and images?

You've been given suggestions in other topics, no need to create a new topic.

You could use the _Word* functions to accomplish this, but any computer this was to be used on would need to have MS Word installed.
