Minikori
Hey, I'm trying to find the object for Google Talk. I can only find a TypeLib in OLE View and it doesn't give a ProgID. I don't even really know how to tell what the commands are for it. Any help? I just need the object name and where I could find the function list at. Thanks. For those who are asking questions, look in the help file first. I'm tired of people asking stupid questions about how to do things when 10 seconds in the help file could solve their problem.

They already have a punishment system for abuse.
... and his his name is Valik.
www.minikori.com

Minikori
So what's your question about AutoIt? (On this AutoIt Help Forum...)Maybe you're wanting the Google Talk API docs? - http://code.google.com/apis/talk/talk_developers_home.htmlThat could help me, but I'm trying to use my own interface, not just a .swf or .html object. Any idea how I could do that? For those who are asking questions, look in the help file first. Richard Robertson
Google Talk just uses the XMPP protocol so you could try looking for XMPP code.
Minikori
Google Talk just uses the XMPP protocol so you could try looking for XMPP code.Yes, I recently looked waaaay into all that. There isn't an XMPP library for AutoIt. Any way I could link a C/C++/C# library to my AutoIt script? For those who are asking questions, look in the help file first. Richard Robertson
C or C++, yes, if it exposes something you can call through DllCall or a COM object. C#, yes, if it exposes a COM object.http://alax.info/blog/category/utilities/jabberxmppThis website seems to have a COM object. I didn't read too far into it but you can check it out.
