Total Noob Question

I recently was refereed to autoIT to run a script that was made by a MySpace spammer to pin topics in the groups either by the thread numbers and another that will pin all topics on a page to page basis.

I have limited experience in programming (next to none really) and want to make a way to make a mass thread deleter that will read the topics subject of individual threads on a page to page basis and delete them.

Can someone direct me to what tutorials I need to study to understand the languages required and how to use the editor?

By the way I got the program to learn how they do the things they do so I can devise ways to repair their damage and dont intend to use the script maliciously.
