how to read a windwo which keeps on changing

i am trying to read a winwo which keeps on cahnging i need to take a particular text from that windwo when the text is shwon in the window , i have tried and got the text but its really slwo its slecting other messages which is shwon on the window too any one know how to take that text when its shwon on the window,

If a part of window title is the same you can use AutoItSetOption("WinTitleMatchMode",2).

i know how to read using controlgettext but , i need to read the text i want alone , leaving unwanted text , but the things is it keeps on chaging really fast , diffcult to get the text i need , can u tell me how to get the text in real time ,
