Command line arguements

I want to open up the dialog box in the SciTE editor that allows me to specify command line arguments while I'm running the script. Where is that window?

I don't know direct answer but I know workaround:

Just compile your script and run thata EXE with your commandline arguments.

I did it this way in my projects where I used commandline arguments.

I did that too. BUt wait. Maybe that's codeblocks.
